Clive ReynoldsClive Reynolds is the Director of Strategic Capability Ltd (see http:/strategic-capability.co.uk), and of its sister company Strategic Capability (Transcap) Ltd, which holds the licence granted by WMG at the University of Warwick for the Transforming Capability toolset. Clive has a wealth of industrial, educational and consultancy experience - he was Director of Programmes at WMG for fifteen years, and prior to that spent ten years each with WS Atkins and Leyland Trucks.
This toolset is the outcome of a major R&D project which Clive led at WMG as part of the Premium Automotive R&D programme (PARD). Its aim was to enhance the effectiveness of innovation and technology transfer, and its approach is through the facilitation of work-based learning. The project was carried out by a multi-disciplinary team assembled specifically for this purpose, whose members are listed in the attachment 'PARD Skills Team members' below.
The project team was augmented by specialist external associates, listed in the attachment 'PARD skills project external associates' below. In addition to project team members now working as independents, a number of these associates now comprise Strategic Capability Ltd's extended network for supporting future engagements.
